I’d say he has potential but I booked a inside and out valet and hand polish on a discovery 3 this was the first time using anyone but my normal guy who’s done this in around the time of 3 hours on on my Toyota hilux I went with the reviews on Google when I chose auto gleam but straight from the off the guy was hyper stressed and negative and said I booked the wrong thing (totally acceptable) as the discovery was dirty so I went on to agree for stress and worries sake to just spend the 87 pounds he charged focusing on the interior to keep him happy he just seemed upset no matter what I’ll leave the photos with you to see what I received but I do understand although he worked hard while he was on it his attitude was super care free and I wouldn’t want anyone else to make the same mistake I did so try be clear what you have and prioritise asking him to make it clear the service he is offering because I wouldn’t of presumed the charge to valet a car was to basically freshen something that’s brand new this is what I was left with after spending 87 quid i tried to book a valeter to take away the stress of having to clean it but in all honesty how he was behaving on the day made it ten times more stressful for less of a product than going up sainsburys

Had my car done today, very friendly guy and done and excellent job inside and outside got all stains out of the seats made the car look as new inside and out thank you!

My wife purchased a car and wanted it valeted because the previous owner had young messy children and a dog. Dave (and Daisy dog) turned up to give the car a thorough clean and certainly didn't disappoint. She asked for the £65 service and when done it was gleaming inside and out after, as if she had bought the car from a show room. He spent 2hrs solid cleaning, polishing and hoovering. Would definately recommed and shall use him again!

Dave came and cleaned our nissan quashqui to sell it and he did the most amazing job! He spent a long time in making it spotless and I could see he took pride in his work. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to family and friends!

Having had high expectations after reading other reviews we were very disappointed by the valet that Dave did on our car. The carpets still had bits all over them, the upholstery not hoovered and even the dash board was still dusty. There was no communication from Dave on the day that he did not feel he could complete the car to an acceptable standard in the time he had even though on completion he admitted that it needed more work and was not up to scratch. He then offered to finish it at a rate of £25 per hour. Dave dismissed our concerns about the quality of the work and has subsequently not responded to our complaint with photographs which was now 12 days ago. I normally never leave reviews but felt in this case I would as poor communication and customer service and really disappointed.

Just had Dave and Daisy (his dog)carry out a full valet, first time using his service got my Mums 2007 Honda Crv looking brand new 5 star service highly recommended.
