Nightmare - sorted! After having a windscreen cracked and a new one fitted *badly* which then leaked water into the fan and my passenger side footwell - the windscreen company organised to replace it again and then send me to Paul. After driving around in my noisy, soggy, stinking car for a few weeks whilst this was sorted, what a relief to get my car back from Paul, carpet dry and smelling fresh, the fan motor replaced and the pollen filter also done. Not only did my car come back and a pleasure again to drive, but it was a real pleasure meeting Paul and his team! First time in my life at a garage, I didn't feel like a stupid woman (yes, i know nothing about cars! But does it need to be pointed out each time ? :O ) Totally the opposite, I was made to feel like I was valued and that my thoughts (no matter how ridiculous🤣) were important. I shall be returning in the near future without a doubt! This is now my garage of choice, *fair prices, friendly demeanour, fun facts, fast turn around* Thank you Paul! As an all-in-one solution garage, I shall be back!! 😊

Paul went above and beyond with the quality of the valet on my recently purchased Golf MK6. I was blown away by the shininess of the finish when I collected it and it looked amazing inside and out. Even smelt like a new car inside! He'd even put me on a new exhaust tailpipe he had spare. I will definitelly be using him again and would highly recommend AVV to all.

Paul is very trust worthy and I would highly recommend him to anyone! We booked our car in to have the headlights polished and when we came to collect it, Paul had gone above and beyond and given it a service wash. To our surprise he had even got rid of a scratch that we didn’t think would buff out. I am always anxious of getting our car cleaned by places as they tend to use bad products and rush it, but I can tell that he uses good quality products and takes his time doing a job that he clearly loves! We have since booked in for a full valet and ceramic coating, which I am looking forward to seeing the end result! Thanks again!
