A staff senior staff member was very rude to the OTHER MEMBERS OF STAFF. Its not the way to run a business. Hevalso tried to drive my car to be dried even before it was washed properly. I had to inform him, which also got him angry. Customers service is 0

I would like to thank all the staff at All Clean for an excellent service, we had detail valeting of our car for half the price and have done an amazing job.

Took my car for a wash now a month ago, as soon as they finished washing my car. Drove back home and the car parking sensor lights came on with the service light on the dash board. I didn’t have time to go back there and then as i work and go to uni, just didn’t get the time. I had my car serviced and mot since. nothing else was wrong. I went back to the car wash and explained this has happened as their jet spray washers was way too close to the sensors in the front of my car. which knocked out the right side of the sensor on my car. The owner did not refuse as they were liable for the damage caused. The owner said i shall get my garage to book your car in and wel fix the damage. I went back at least 3 times. had left my number. Waited still nothing. 3 times i went back and the owner Mohammad has not got the decency to call me back knowing it was there mistake. At first Mohammad was saying it’s been in an accident, trying to fob me off as i’m a female. I outlined I have not been in an accident and the car has been working just brilliantly. Now I have a parking sensor which beeps everything time i’m driving. or parking up. Not at all happy with the outcome and the service as i’m always taking my car to his unit. I would not recommend them at all. I will be writing to the owner via a solicitor knowing they are liable for the damage they caused.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Very friendly staff. Amazing clean and polish service. Scratched my mirror once and they did a buff service at a cost and saved me a paint job too. To go place for all car clean services

Absolute joke. It’s better to go to Whitebirk Dr. machine was for £4 than going here. I asked why the prices are up, guy goes things are expensive now wages have increased and I asked the worker and they said they still get paid same. Absolute waste of money. You can clean the car using blue roll better than these craps. I used more tissues than in photos and still car was same as before. PLEASE DON’T GO HERE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. YOU EARNED IT.
