Elliott is a brilliant detailer who enhances his detaliling skills with great customer service, flexibility and transparency (and coffee!). I aided a contact in importing a car and Elliott helped to make space for it at short notice so that it lined up with the PPF slot at XPEL that took place straight after. He provided updates (pictures, videos and voice notes) throughout the process. As an ex detailer myself, his work is brilliant. Elliot and the team were outstanding from start to finish. Elliot took the time to walk me through all the options - patiently answering my questions and making sure I understood everything. What really impressed me was his willingness to go above and beyond - handing the car back to me on a Sunday, even though they were officially closed. I went for the new car prep package, which included a machine polish and dual-layer ceramic coating. The attention to detail is absolutely next level - the finish is flawless, and the car looks way better than when I received it brand new from the dealer. A great service run by a top guy - Highly recommend!

After picking up my new Cupra Formentor from the dealership, I decided to treat the paintwork properly. I’d been following Elliott’s work on Instagram for a while and couldn’t wait to see what he’d do with my car. I opted for the New Car Package offered by 3nine7 Detailing. This package included a 1-stage paint correction and ceramic coating, but during the inspection, Elliott noticed heavy marring on the paintwork - whilst in storage at the dealership it really hadn’t been washed with care. Based on his recommendation, I upgraded to a 2-stage correction, and I’m so glad I did—the difference was truly night and day. Elliott is a perfectionist, and his attention to detail is unmatched. His pride in his work and professionalism stood out throughout the entire process. He kept me updated every step of the way, sending progress pictures via WhatsApp and taking the time to explain the maintenance steps I’d need to follow to keep the paintwork and coating in top condition. The results were absolutely flawless. I couldn’t be happier with how my Formentor turned out—the graphene grey paint now truly pops. Elliott has set the bar incredibly high, and I can’t wait to bring my M3 to him next year to see what magic he works on that! I highly recommend 3nine7 Detailing to anyone who wants their car looking its absolute best.!

I would 1000% recommend this company. From the initial visit and throughout the process Elliott has been kind, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was going to and was completely honest. This allowed my husband and I to have confidence in him. He has kept us updated the whole time, of the steps and processes he is taking, including before and after videos and pictures. His work has truly impressed us and the cost is well worth it and completely reasonable. Thank you so much Elliott for recovering our car and making it appealing to the human eye again, haha. We initially took our old battle bus, a 2007 LWB Shogun to Elliott to have the pretty filthy interior deep cleaned and were absolutely blown away by the results. The headliner which we thought was grey was actually beige!!! The results were fantastic. On the strength of this, I entrusted Elliott with my new shape Range Rover Vogue. The cream leather seats and upholstery were starting to look a bit grubby and the drivers seat had blue ink transfer from my jeans. I dropped my car off at 09:00 and agreed to collect at 17:00. A text was received at 15:50 stating the works were complete and for less than the quoted price. I simply cannot put into words how impressed I am with the results. The interior is actually cleaner than when I bought it 2 years ago!!! The leather steering wheel has even reverted back to the out of the factory matt finish and even the stitching on all interior that was grubby looks brand new!!!! He even polished and waxed all the interior woodwork!! I simply don’t know how he does it but his enthusiasm and attention to detail “shines” through in his work. He showed me a Bentley he was in the middle of a deep paint polish and the results were equally impressive, so much so, that I’m booking my Range Rover for a single stage polish to remove the paint swirls that are noticeable under direct light. I cannot recommend Elliott highly enough. He is an honest, professional and genuine chap.
