Got in touch with Dean following a recent roadside recovery where my vehicle was returned to me with numerous paintwork defects caused during transit. From speaking with Dean over the phone and discussing the level of paintwork inspection he would be carrying out, I was in no doubt that this was the place for me. We arranged a convenient time and as discussed he carried out a pre inspection vehicle wash followed by a very thorough full vehicle paintwork inspection. The inspection included gauging the paint depths of each and every panel to determine the overall condition before confirming the extent of the damage caused. This was followed up by a very professional write up and report detailing the extent of the damage, an estimated cost of repair and a recommendation of what would be required to bring the paintwork back up to its previous standard. Cannot fault the service provided so far and very much looking forward to Dean carrying out the rectification work on my vehicle paintwork in the near future.

Fantastic service provided by Dean, the car was flat and full of paint defects, imperfections, swirls.. you name it. Dean advised on a minor paint correction, built up to finish with a ceramic coating. I had teaser pictures in the evenings to see some before and after shots of areas he had worked, and I was excited for collection day. I cannot praise Dean enough, the paint is, and never will be, 100% given to being 10 yrs old and a harsh life before my ownership, but I would agree with his estimate, it's about 85 to 90% on its way to perfect. I couldn't be happier. The results far exceeded my expectations, and I've a new brand - Nanolene - to shop with. If you want to bring your car back to life, I couldn't recommend Dean and 101 Detailing highly enough. Thank you! 👏🏻

I took my new car purchase to Dean at 101 detailing recently. The car had a very particular smell in it and I left the car with Dean to sort it out for me. Dean deep cleaned the interior of the car. It looks like a different car on the inside and the smell is gone. The service provided was exceptional from a really nice guy. Not only was my car thoroughly cleaned inside Dean also pointed out a lot of exterior faults which I will be rectifying. This is an invaluable service if you want to have a car that is showroom condition. Thank you for an incredible job well done.

Took my new BMW Z4 in for ceramic coating and was amazed at the result. Dean got rid of all imperfections in the paint which I hadn’t seen and did a fantastic job. He also coated the roof which now looks so much better than when I picked the car up at the dealers. Deans very knowledgeable and passionate in what he does and I’m extremely pleased at the result. Just need to get the other cars done now. Perfect.

I took my Audi RS4 in for a full detail as it was in a bit of a sorry state over the winter. Dean is very knowledgeable and passionate in what he does and it clearly showed from the results. He had the car for the day and he went over everything. Minor paint correction and a deep clean of the interior. The car still looks great and he offered some great advice and a sample product for the aftercare. Since the clean it's been so much easier to keep clean. I'll definitely be returning again 👏
